Some of our Picaboxx / Pouches are really popular and unfortunately some are very difficult to get hold of at the best of times, let alone during a pandemic! If you are desperate to get a particular Picaboxx / Pouches, then please keep an eye on our website to see when they are back in stock.

Yes, it is possible to collect. Please leave a note whist checking out or alternatively you can call us on 01908 366633 to notify us.

We are an online retailer only, so we do not provide wholesale options. However, our sister company, World Foods Wholesale, do. Please head to their website here where you can find everything we stock and more!

No, we don’t provide next day delivery as it takes 3-5 days to receive your delivery once ordered. All orders come with free shipping.

You will receive your tracking details via phone message, or you can track your order by giving us a call on 01908 366633. One of our colleagues will be able to assist you with your tracking details.
